1 Introduction

Welcome to citinow77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and citinow77 ("citinow77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at citinow77.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any other gaming services offered by citinow77.

By creating an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the citinow77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on citinow77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. citinow77 operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy in alignment with internationally recognised standards for online casino and sports betting platforms. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of citinow77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed, or terminated by citinow77 for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on citinow77. Opening or operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered, citinow77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any Bonus balances, and cancel any pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). citinow77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) within your Account settings.

4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, citinow77 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or a valid international passport — and, where required, supporting proof of payment method ownership. KYC is a one-time process for most Players. citinow77 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 business hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to meeting standard withdrawal requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. citinow77 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits that fall below this threshold may be declined or returned, less any processing fees levied by the payment provider.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Standard daily withdrawal limit is MYR 20,000 for regular accounts. Higher limits may be available to VIP programme members upon request.

5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are typically completed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, which citinow77 cannot guarantee or control.

5.5 Withdrawal Requirements. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus balances; (c) not exceed the applicable withdrawal limit; and (d) have an Account in good standing with no outstanding compliance review.

5.6 AML Compliance. In accordance with our AML obligations, citinow77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction where the transaction is flagged for review. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending AML review. Players found to be engaging in money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds will be permanently banned and referred to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by citinow77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published at the time of the promotion and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. The citinow77 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. The standard Wagering Requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 Welcome Bonus requires total wagering of RM2,000 before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated. citinow77 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where it suspects bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, maximum withdrawable winnings derived from a Bonus are capped at 10x the original bonus amount. Any excess is forfeited upon withdrawal.

6.6 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. Using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes, placing bets on outcomes with RTP above 98% if not otherwise stated) to clear Wagering Requirements while retaining near-full bonus value constitutes bonus abuse. citinow77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold winnings where such strategies are detected.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes on citinow77 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines. citinow77 does not influence or interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP figures are accurate to the best of our knowledge and independently verified.

7.2 Betting on Sports. Sports betting markets on citinow77 — including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, La Liga, UFC, and other sporting events — are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

7.3 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only considered accepted once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your Account's bet history. citinow77 is not liable for bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or other factors outside our direct control.

7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure that affects gameplay or the calculation of winnings, citinow77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. "Game malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all Platform games.

7.5 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of the disputed round or event. citinow77 will investigate disputes in good faith using recorded server-side game logs. The outcome of citinow77's investigation shall be final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the citinow77 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity.
• Fraud — using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Multi-accounting — operating more than one Account to abuse bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in real-time games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, false identities, or low-risk hedging strategies.
• Software exploitation — using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any third-party tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Accessing from Prohibited Territories — using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Underage access — registering or assisting a person under 21 to register and use the Platform.
• Harassment — threatening or harassing citinow77 staff, support agents, or other users.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the citinow77 Platform — including but not limited to the citinow77 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of citinow77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; (c) use any citinow77 trademark or brand asset in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of citinow77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 citinow77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, citinow77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

11.3 In the event that citinow77 is found liable for any direct damages, citinow77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit citinow77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate with third-party payment processors (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, FPX, DuitNow) and game software providers. citinow77 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party service providers beyond our direct operational control.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 citinow77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or AML compliance concerns;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to meet age verification requirements;
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a Player's payment provider;
• Technical security concerns requiring immediate Account containment.

12.2 Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, citinow77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balances, cancel any pending withdrawals subject to compliance review, and retain real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found to have occurred, real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

12.3 You may appeal an Account suspension by contacting our support team. citinow77 will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which citinow77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm or to protect intellectual property rights.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are subject to local legislative developments. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of citinow77 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

citinow77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing times, or Player eligibility criteria — citinow77 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.5 of these Terms.
